The sport stimulates the cognitive system, improves balance, increases
circulation, and improves hand-eye coordination. This eight-week class
will cover the basics of play including rules of play, serving, and racket

and improve your balance!
This course will introduce ways mindfulness-based tools and practices can help us build a better version of ourselves. Based on the book Trusting the Gold: Uncovering Your Natural Goodness by Tara Brach and The Self-Acceptance Project edited by Tami Simon, participants will explore ways to improve self-focused healing, compassion, forgiveness, kindness, and worth.
This volunteer led, fun, chair-based exercise class is great for all fitness
levels. This fun workout includes stretching, cardio, and weight training.
The Retired Older Men Eating Out (ROMEO) group will take the bus to eat at Hillside Fine Dining in Highland Village. Enjoy this fi ne dining experience at a reasonable price. You will be happy you went whether you have eaten here many times or if this will be your first time. (entrees $13 - $21).
