Based on the book, The Five Invitations by Frank Osteaseski, participants will explore ways death can help us understand and navigate life’s everyday transitions and challenges with an abundance of love and compassion. Taught by licensed Instructor, Dr. Julie Ballinger.
This volunteer led, fun, chair-based exercise class is great for all fitness levels. This fun workout includes stretching, cardio, and weight training.
The Retired Older Men Eating Out (ROMEO) group will take the bus to eat at Verf’s Grill and Tavern for a menu of feel-good food items of soups, salads, fish, chicken, pork, as well as Mexican style entrees. Whether it is your first time or umpteenth time to eat here, this will be a special time when you share it with this group of men. (entrees $10 - $15)
