Senior Center staff and volunteers will prepare delicious meals every Friday! Meals include fresh salads, sandwiches, hot dogs, soups, and more! Increase muscular strength, endurance, range of movement, flexibility, balance,
agility, and coordination. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and
a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Zumba is a fun, dance-based workout that will increase your heart rate and improve
Compassion practices have been shown to improve relationships, support health,
and protect well-being while also making a positive difference in the world. Licensed professional counselor and certified mindfulness teacher, Dr. Julie Ballinger, will combine instruction and exercises to help you understand and create more compassion in your life. Dr. Ballinger is currently completing an in-depth teacher training program through the Compassion Institute
to become certified as a Compassion Cultivation instructor.
This volunteer led fun, chair-based exercise class is great for all fitness levels. This
fun workout includes stretching, cardio, and weight training.
This workout focuses on the basic muscle group to increase strength. It includes
gentle stretches also improve flexibility, movement, and balance.
This class will provide you with the knowledge and skills to receive therapeutic benefits from the moving practice of Nia.
Please check-in by 1:15 p.m. No cards will be sold after 1:30 p.m. Money will be
divided among bingo winners. 3 card minimum. Prizes will not exceed $10.
