Increase muscular strength, endurance range of motion, flexibility, balance, stability and coordination. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing w/handles and a ball offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Work on improved overall flexibility and strength while increasing balance, stability an greater control of health.
