    This beginning to intermediate yoga class is for everyone. Breathing & proper form are guided with each pose as well as options to modify. The class will put focus on breathing techniques, self-love, honoring the spiritual self, setting intention, and relaxation. Poses and flows will include work on all fours, kneeling, standing, and laying supine. This type of class will help you gain flexibility and strength (with emphasis on the core). You will feel calm and loose to take on the day.
