New year, new YOU! Throughout February, the Library will present a series of free workshops for those interested in a healthier 2019, led by TLC Family Health. Attendees can participate in any or all of the following workshops, each focusing on a different topic:

• Tuesday, February 12 – Turning Off the Vacuum: Managing Hunger and Weight
• Tuesday, February 19 – Overcoming Depression
• Tuesday, February 26 – Helping Teenagers Overcome/Manage Stress and Anxiety
