Dear CTCDD Subscriber:
The Town has initiated a Master Plan Amendment (MPA17-0007 – CTCDD Amendment) for the property generally located south of Cross Timbers Road, east of Flower Mound Road, and north of Quail Run Road. The proposal is to amend the Town’s Master Plan in two areas:
- Remove the property from the CTCDD area plan and change the land use to Estate Residential and Institutional.
- Add the property to the wastewater service district map.
The P&Z COMMISSION public hearing will be held on Monday, August 28 at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 2121 Cross Timbers Rd. P&Z will recommend approval or denial to the Town Council.
The TOWN COUNCIL public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 5 at 6 p.m. at Town Hall.
As an interested property owner, you are requested to make your views known by attending the hearings or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All emails will be made part of the record and provided for P&Z and Town Council consideration.
