A Land Development Regulation (LDR) will be considered at an upcoming Town Council meeting. Just a reminder, these regulations are additions or amendments to the Town’s Code of Ordinances that affect planning and development within the Town, including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and institutional projects. This notification is being resent due to an error in last week’s agenda link.
