Making a Difference for Monarchs in Your Own City!

Learn how you can help Monarch Butterflies in Flower Mound thrive! On Monday, October 3 at 7 p.m., join Monarch Watch Conservation Specialist Carol Clark at the Flower Mound Public Library as she details the immediate steps you can take in your own yard to make a big difference for Monarch Butterflies. This presentation will cover everything from the amazing story of the Monarch Butterfly’s lifecycle and migration, to common misconceptions about the small creatures, historic and current threats to Monarchs, and why Texas is a pivotal location for Monarchs’ future success. Carol will also offer steps North Texans can take to help bolster the Monarch population, including the best plants to have in your yard or garden to help feed them.
