African American Heritage: The Quakertown Story in Denton, Texas

In honor of African American History Month, The Denton County Office of History and Culture will bring its Traveling Museum to the Flower Mound Public Library on Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 7 p.m. Learn about Quakertown, a community of working-class black families that was forcibly removed to create Civic Center Park in Denton, Texas.
