Stop by the Library on Monday, December 16 at 1 p.m. or 7 p.m. to create a festive holiday garland to decorate your home or give as a gift! Local craft teacher Sharon Oels Martyn will demonstrate how to make an angel and wreath garland using patterned paper and ribbon.
