Tarrant County Issues Outdoor Burn Ban

Tarrant County is now under a mandatory burn ban, due to drought conditions throughout the area. What does this mean to you? There is no outdoor burning, outdoor hot work (welding, cutting torch operations), and no combustible material use allowed. The burn ban will remain in place for 90 days, as of Tuesday, October 1. Ignoring this mandatory burn ban is a Class C misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $500. Visit here for more information.
