Heritage Park construction continues to move forward as we near the completion of the fourth and final phase of the park’s master plan. The Town anticipates a soft-opening of the new features in February with a grand opening celebration in March.
In Phase IV, residents can look forward to an 18-basket disc golf course, a wildlife encounter nature trail with 12 life-size animal sculptures, wildflower meadow, kiosk station with trellis, scenic overlook, sundial entry circle, additional parking, and more once construction is complete.
As construction of the disc golf course is still underway, the course is not open to the public at this time. When completed, the course will offer a wide range of tree lined fairways, winding creek beds, and low water crossings, designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players. Watch Town Matters for additional course information.
