Compassion practices have been shown to improve relationships, support health,
and protect well-being while also making a positive difference in the world. Licensed professional counselor and certified mindfulness teacher, Dr. Julie Ballinger, will combine instruction and exercises to help you understand and create more compassion in your life. Dr. Ballinger is currently completing an in-depth teacher training program through the Compassion Institute
to become certified as a Compassion Cultivation instructor.
