Mindfulness practices have been shown to increase general happiness and well-being. Licensed instructor, Dr. Julie Ballinger, will introduce participants to a variety of mindfulness-based practices that you can do to feel less stress and more joy in your daily life. This is a six-week session meeting every Friday EXCEPT APRIL 10th.
