Perren-Luc Thiessen, winner of the 2020 Vernell Gregg Young Artist competition, will perform Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 4 with the Lewisville Lake Symphony on February 7 at 7:30 pm at the MCL Grand in Old Town Lewisville. This talented 16-year-old is already the winner of many prizes worldwide and has performed at Carnegie (Weill) Hall as well as venues in Russia, Poland, Italy, Siberia and closer to home in Fort Worth and Dallas. The orchestra will also delight listeners with selections from The Creatures of Prometheus by Beethoven and two beautiful tone poems by Frederick Delius. Come early to view an outstanding exhibit by Nicole Franczvai’s art students from Lewisville High School that will be on display in the lobby both before the concert and at intermission.
