Spring Gardening Series - Gardens Gone Wild: Putting Out the Welcome Mat for a Wildlife Habitat

Monday, February 24, 2020

The Flower Mound Public Library will host four gardening sessions full of useful tips and information, as part of the 2020 Spring Gardening Series presented by the Denton County Master Gardener Association. Sessions include: February 3: Weeders' Digest; February 10: The Ease of Effective Hardscaping; February 17: Growing Grapes in North Texas: The Challenges and New Opportunities; February 24: Gardens Gone Wild: Putting Out the Welcome Mat for a Wildlife Habitat. All presentations begin at 7 p.m. To register, please call 972.874.6165 or email fmpl@flower-mound.com.

Learn how (and why!) to wildscape your garden. No space is too small; every size is the right size to make a big difference in the stewardship of our natural resources, native flora, indigenous fauna, and migratory friends.
Presented by Kathryn Wells, Denton County Master Gardener and Master Naturalist, Member of The Native Plant Society of North Texas, Town of Flower Mound Environmental Conservation Commissioner.
