Health & Wellness: Mindfulness for Forgiveness

Most researchers agree that practicing forgiveness can increase overall levels of health and happiness. Licensed professional counselor, Dr. Julie Ballinger, will introduce participants to a variety of mindfulness-based strategies to find a way to forgiveness and thereby a more peaceful heart. Topics will be presented by engaging in a step-by-step process for forgiving. There will be no class on January 17th.
