Create a Winter Luminaria

Stop by the Library on Monday, January 27 at 1 or 7 p.m. to create a frosted glass luminaria for your home! Local craft teacher Sharon Oels Martyn will demonstrate how to make a luminaria using a jar, snowflake stickers, craft paper, and frosted glass spray paint.
