This volunteer led, fun, chair-based exercise class is great for all fitness levels. This fun workout includes stretching, cardio, and weight training.
INSTRUCTOR: JODY This workout focuses on the basic muscle group to increase strength. It includes gentle stretches also improve flexibility, movement, and balance.
INSTRUCTOR: LARA This class will provide you with the knowledge and skills to receive therapeutic benefits from the moving practice of Nia.

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. Join SIM friends at the Community Activity Center gym to play. Please bring your own racket.
SIM volunteers will lead participants in the latest and greatest line dances. Dance to everything from the Cupid Shuffle to the Boot Scootn’ Boogie!

INSTRUCTOR: JODY This gentle yoga class will help increase flexibility, balance, and strength.
INSTRUCTOR: MARGO Increase muscular strength, endurance, range of movement, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
It is never too late to learn something new! Spanish tutor, Ofelia Gabel, will teach participants the basics of Spanish.
INSTRUCTOR: JILL Pound It Out is an exercise format that uses weighted drumsticks to relieve stress by hitting a yoga ball to rock and roll music. Fun either sitting or standing!
INSTRUCTOR - MARGO This fun, energetic class is designed for people that would like to sit in a chair or wheelchair. Latin moves, a variety of different music, and Zumba toning sticks will be used in class.
Winners will split the money collected. Prizes will not exceed $10.
Instructor Sue will lead a month-long workshop where students build painting skills and complete beautiful works of art. Supply list is available at the Senior Center Courtesy Desk.
