Are You Ready to Party?
The Town of Flower Mound’s Community Activity Center provides everything you need to have a great party. Purchase the basic party package or purchase one of our upgrades to get the party you want - either way you still get great value for your money! Parties can be booked up to 12 months in advance or as little as 5 days.
The CAC offers different options for hosting parties including party packages and room rental opportunities for birthdays, end-of-season sports team parties, or other celebrations.
Party fees are based upon 16 participants. Each additional participant is $5, with a maximum number of 32 guests per party. Fees for additional participants will be calculated at the conclusion of the party based upon attendance. Parties will be held for one hour in either the Indoor Party Room or one of our Outdoor Waterpark Shade Pavilions. Each attendee and one parent will receive a Swim Day Pass to be used on the day of the party.

The basic party package costs $165 for members, $185 for non-members and includes:
- Party Area (One Hour)
- Party Host (One Hour)
- Cake and candles (Half Sheet)
- Tablecloth, paper plates, cups, napkins, and utensils
- 16 ice cream cups (Vanilla or Chocolate)
- 16 drinks
- 16 general party favors
For an additional cost, you can upgrade your party to include any of the following. Mix and match to meet your individual party’s needs.
- Pizza - For $8 each, get a large 8-slice pizza, including plates and napkins. Choose from Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage, or any other 1-topping pizza.
- Themed Cake - For $5 you can get a themed cake. Themes may not be available due to licensing.
- Themed Party - For $30, you can get themed favors and paper goods for 8 people, a solid matching tablecloth, and a themed cake. Themed parties require a 2-week notice. Themed cakes may not be available due to licensing.
Parties can be scheduled:
Monday – Friday (Summer Only)
11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m., & 7:00 p.m.
Friday (School Year)
5:30 p.m. & 7:00 p.m.
Saturday (Year Round)
11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m., & 5:30 p.m.
Sunday (Year Round)
1:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., & 4:30 p.m.
Please drop your guest list off at the CAC Front Desk, fax to 972.874.6471, or email it to us at least 72 hours prior to your party. This will ensure that we have the right amount of supplies for your party. We cannot guarantee supplies if form is returned less than 72 hours prior to your party.
Use these invitations to send out to your guests. You can fill them out and email them, or have them printed and send them in the mail.
