Parker Square is known for its downtown feel and unique collection of independent businesses, vibrant restaurants, and convenient personal services. From an old-fashioned barber shop to a cutting-edge lash boutique; from enticing ethnic cuisine to New York pizza; from a Food Network award-winning bakery to hip coffee creations, this cultural center blends a rich history with exciting innovations. In addition to Parker Square's many restaurant and retail options, the development also features a 32,000 square-foot North Central Texas College (NCTC) extension campus, as well as a 30,000 square-foot Midwestern State University campus. The partnership between NCTC and MSU allows students to finish their associate’s at NCTC before working on certain MSU baccalaureate degrees, all on the same campus. Separately, Parker Square hosts several events throughout the year in its gazebo and beautiful green space, including festivals, a weekly farmers market, and various car shows.
Parker Square is located off Cross Timbers Road (FM 1171) in eastern Flower Mound, near the border with Lewisville.
Parker Square is ideal for restaurants and retail shops along its main square, but the development also has plenty of professional office space. Parker Square is also home to a church, education facilities, childcare services, and much more.
Parker Square surrounds a large green space and public gazebo that is often utilized for special events or casual gatherings. The Town's Pink Evening Primrose Trail connects to Parker Square, providing convenient access to pedestrians and cyclists.
