The Flower Mound Jail is a temporary detention facility where individuals are held pending release, arraignment, adjudication, or transfer to another facility. Visitation
Visitation happens seven days a week from 9-10 a.m. and 8-9 p.m. Appointments are not required. Visitors must provide a valid driver's license or other state-issued photo identification. Visits are limited to 15 minutes. Inmates will only be granted visitation with immediate family members, their attorney, and clergy members. Visitors must be 17 years of age or older.
Immediate Family Members
Immediate family members include a spouse, sibling, adult child, or parent. During the visit, only two immediate family members will be permitted. Each inmate is allowed one visit with immediate family per day.
Clergy/Attorneys
Clergy and attorneys must provide valid identification that establishes their position, such as a Texas state bar card or clergy card. Additionally, attorneys must present a letter of representation from the inmate or their family. Each inmate is allowed one visit with a clergy and/or attorney per day.

Each holding cell in the Flower Mound Jail has a phone that inmates can use to call anyone at any time. Calls will be at the expense of the person receiving the call from the inmate. Typically, inmates are permitted one free phone call after being booked into the jail and one free phone call after arraignments.
