Veterans Day Relay Run
Since 2014, the Town of Flower Mound and resident volunteers have honored our veterans with the annual Veterans Day Relay Run! This event provides veterans, their family members, and Flower Mound residents the opportunity to run a portion of a pre-determined route throughout Town while carrying an American flag. Each year, more than 40 volunteer runners completed a 31.8-mile run through town. Along the way, they passed each of Flower Mound’s elementary, middle, and high schools and were cheered on by the students from each school.
