The Town of Flower Mound now offers water, sewer, and residential trash customers the convenient option of receiving electronic monthly utility statements. Interested residents simply need to fill out the online form by clicking here. Please add utilitybilling@flower-mound.com as a contact in your email account address book to avoid the notification being automatically filed in your spam or junk folders.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers who elect to receive electronic utility bills must be aware that the Town of Flower Mound will no longer issue paper bills for their account, and they will remain fully responsible for the balance of that account. They must also confirm that they have complete access to all email addresses associated with their account and will be fully responsible for any email communications received from the Town of Flower Mound.
All e-billing requests will be confirmed by a utility billing account representative. If you have not received a confirmation within five (5) businesses days, please contact our office at 972.874.6010.
