Notifications for Proposed Projects and Regulations
The Town has created an email/text notification system for those who would like to be alerted when a development project has been scheduled for review by the Planning and Zoning Commission or the Town Council.
The Town also has a notification option for when proposed Land Development Regulations (LDR) have been scheduled for review by the Planning and Zoning Commission or the Town Council. These regulations are additions or amendments to the Town’s Code of Ordinances that affect planning and development within the Town, including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and institutional projects.
To sign-up for these alerts, please visit the NotifyMe webpage and look for the section titled "Development Projects Agenda Notification" or "Land Development Regulation Agenda Notification." Participants can sign-up for as many notifications as they would like.
View the interactive development map for a detailed view of the zones. The interactive development maps also categorizes development projects that are approved, on agenda, under review, under construction, and completed.
