Peters Colony Memorial Park Master Plan

The project consists of the development of a park master plan for the 3.3-acre park located at the corner of Peters Colony and Old Settlers Road, just north of the Churchill Crossing Subdivision and next to the Library. The master plan will address the following elements: site analysis and data collection, topo, tree and boundary survey, opportunities and challenges, public outreach to develop the plans, including preliminary design concept options, a final master plan, and budget estimates. The professional services agreement, with Mesa Design Associates, Inc. was awarded at the May 6, 2019 council meeting.
