Planning Services is responsible for providing the community with the quality of life Flower Mound expects through the impartial administration and enforcement of town codes and regulations pertaining to the development of commercial and residential property through the planning and zoning process.
Planning staff can provide assistance with land use, zoning, development plans, record plats, replats, site plans, specific use permits, and SMARTGrowth requirements, as well as the development application and approval process.
