Red Hat Society

The Red Hat Society is a group of women who like to socialize, travel, and explore together.  The SIM chapter meets to play games, attend plays, and learn new things.  For more information on how to join, please email Dorothy King.

Travel without Traveling Book Club


2nd Wednesday, 9:30 a.m.


The book club explores a mystery novel set in a foreign country each month. Part of the discussion includes information about the country to give the reader a rich understanding of the novel. Please check the newsletter for upcoming novels.

SIM Sing-a-long


Every Tuesday, 3 p.m.


Bring your voices and instruments and join Seniors In Motion each Tuesday for a sing-a-long.

Travel Club


3rd Tuesday, 1 p.m.


Love to travel? Meet up with this fun group to discuss past travels and discover new ones. This group will also share tips and tricks for using travel companies, taking cruises, and traveling abroad.

  

Gardening Club


1st & 3rd Friday, 9 a.m

Join fellow gardening enthusiasts to learn tips and tricks for successful gardens.  The Gardening Club also plants and maintains the SIM Community Gardens.

Donn’s Friends


Last Tuesday, 10 a.m.


This group is designed for SIM members with dementia or early stages of Alzheimers and their spouses or caregivers. Join up with SIM friends for fun activities that stimulate memory and brain function.

  

Food, Friends, & Fun Potluck


First Wednesday, 12 p.m.


Join this fun group for a monthly potluck celebrating diversity in the Flower Mound Senior Center. Bring your favorite dish that celebrates your culture to share. Then, meet with friends and play fun games.
