What is the Business Expo?
The Business Expo at the Wild About Flower Mound festival is a great opportunity to showcase your business or organization to thousands of local and regional residents and potential customers. With the caliber of entertainment and activities, this 2-day event is estimated to bring in 10,000 to 15,000 festival-goers from around North Texas and you don’t want to miss out on highlighting your product or service in front of that many people!
Although it’s called a Business Expo there is no separate expo area. All expo participants will be intermingled with the arts and crafts vendors throughout the festival. The Business Expo is not exclusive, so your competition may be there, too.
What’s the difference between an arts and crafts booth and a Business Expo booth?
Arts and crafts booths are empty 10x10 spaces and crafters must bring (or rent) all of their own items for set up, such as tents, tables, chairs, etc. The Business Expo booths include a 10x10 tent, 1 table, 2 chairs and lighting. All you have to do is bring your products, brochures, displays and attention-grabbing signage.
Business Expo participants can give away promotional items, provide an activity for kids or have an “enter-to-win” box for a prize. However, giving away food or beverages is prohibited.
