To report your trash or recycle container in need of repair or replacement or to request delivery of an extra cart ($7.61 additional per month for each trash cart, and $2.07 additional for each recycling cart) to the Customer Relations Division, please fill out and submit the form below. Town staff members send a list of service requests to Waste Management daily. For accessibility and convenience purposes, every effort is made to service your cart on your trash collection day the following week from the time of your request. You may continue to use your trash container prior to it being serviced, however, please bag all loose items.
PLEASE NOTE: Waste Management contracts out this service to OTTO Container Management. Repairs will not be made by the trash collection drivers so please leave your cart out if your trash has been collected so your cart can be serviced on your scheduled day.
