Mission Statement
The mission statement of the Flower Mound Utility Billing Division is to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the collection and assessment of user charges, maintain professional and responsive service, answer inquiries from customers and provide accurate and timely billings through progressive and innovative systems, while ensuring a positive attitude toward Town Hall by newcomers, visitors and residents through a pleasant first experience whether it be by phone or in person.
Payments
The Town of Flower Mound accepts payment by check, cash, cashier’s check, money order, Discover Card, and automatic bank draft. We have a night drop box available 24-hours a day located on the east side of Town Hall. A drive thru window is available M-F 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and an inside window is available M-F 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, the Utility Billing Division and Payment Counter may open later or close early.
