Sit and Stay Fit Exercise Class

Mondays 9am to 9:50am.  Cost is $4 per class or $10 per month.  This class is a specially formatted group exercise class for seniors. Participants may sit or stand with or without support, depending on their fitness level and balance. The class will include a stretching warm-up, weights, light cardio, and finish with more stretching and relaxation. Register and pay at the Senior Center Front Desk.

Ballroom Dance Lessons

Thursdays 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. • $5 per class.  Join SIM Members, Dick & Doris Provost as they teach the basics of Ballroom Dancing. Singles are welcome

Senior Yoga

Tuesdays and Thursdays • 8 – 8:50 a.m. • $4 per class.  This class is designed for Senior Citizens. Certified teacher Jody Vise, teaches seniors how to be more flexible and achieve balance and strength. Various props are incorporated. Please bring your own yoga mat. You must be a current SIM member age 50 to take this class. Register and pay at the Senior Center Front Desk.

Pickleball

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays • 1 – 4 p.m. • $1 each time • Gym.  Sign in at the CAC front desk and pay your fee directly to the Pickleball Captain in the gym. This fun game is a combination of tennis and badminton. Some paddles will be available. Feel free to bring your own paddle.

Walk at the CAC

Monday through Friday • 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.  If you are a current SIM member you may walk on the CAC indoor track Monday through Friday. Sign in at the CAC front desk, show your SIM card to staff and proceed upstairs.
