The Town of Flower Mound utilizes BidSync to advertise and receive bids/proposals electronically over the Internet. For information on automatic bid notification service through BidSync, please visit the Doing Business page. The Town of Flower Mound also advertises bids in the Denton Record-Chronicle.
All bids/proposals must be submitted online through www.bidsync.com (if applicable), or delivered to the Purchasing Office by the due date and time specified in the bid/proposal document in order to be considered. Submissions received after the specified due date and time are returned unopened.
Unless otherwise noted, bid/proposal documents may be obtained directly through www.bidsync.com by selecting the bid/proposal from the Current Bids and Proposals list below. Request for documents can also be submitted in writing to purchasing@flower-mound.com, or by contacting the Purchasing Office at 972.874.6006.

Bid Tabulations and Proposal Summaries are typically available within 24 hours after the due date and time and can be viewed through www.bidsync.com on the Past Bids and Awards page, or by submitting a written request to the Purchasing Office at purchasing@flower-mound.com. Bid results will not be relayed over the telephone.
