Ordinance No. 61-07

Ordinance No. 61-07 prohibits registered sex offenders from residing within one thousand five hundred feet (1,500') of public parks, private or public schools, public swimming pools, semi-public swimming pools, day care centers or a video arcade facilitiy. A map depicting the prohibited areas shall be maintained by the Town of Flower Mound. The Town shall review the map at least annually for changes. Said map will be available to the public for inpection at the Flower Mound Police Department and is available for viewing here as a courtesy to our residents.
