With more than 125 full-time employees, the Police Department has employment opportunities for both sworn and civilian positions. Members of the Flower Mound Police Department are provided with up-to-date equipment and receive extensive year-round skill development through training and outside educational opportunities.
Flower Mound Police Officers have the option to pursue a variety of lateral career opportunities, including K-9, Traffic, Criminal Investigations, School Resource Officers, Bike Patrol, Marine Patrol and SWAT.
