About Planning Services
Planning Services is responsible for providing the community with the quality of life Flower Mound expects through the impartial administration and enforcement of Town codes and regulations pertaining to the development of commercial and residential property through the planning and zoning process. The Planning Division has outlined submittal requirements for the Development Review Committee (DRC) pre-application meetings. Applicants are required to complete the Pre-Application Request form and submit it to the Town’s Planning Services Division via e-mail or in person. The application form is available in the Applications & Checklists section.

The Zoning and Land use maps are static maps and are not constantly updated. The Town will make every attempt to provide the most current information possible, however if you are uncertain if a specific property has undergone a recent land use or zoning amendment, please contact the Planning Services Division for the most up-to-date information.
