Gerault Road/FM 2499 Intersection Lane Closures – Jan. 14 and 18

Lane closures will occur at the intersection of FM 2499 and Gerault Road on Jan. 14 and Jan 18 to pour concrete paving for the bridge associated with the Morriss/Gerault Corridor Improvement Project. Beginning at 7 a.m. on January 14, traffic on FM 2499 will be limited to one lane in each direction near the Gerault Road intersection, and Gerault Road will be closed between Lakeside Parkway and FM 2499.

Beginning at 9 a.m. on January 18, traffic on FM 2499 will be limited to one lane in each direction near the Gerault Road intersection. The traffic signal at the intersection of FM 2499 and Gerault Road will be flashing red in all directions until construction is complete.

Every effort possible will be made to maintain efficient traffic flow. Motorists are advised to anticipate localized traffic delays during this time, and utilize Lakeside Parkway as an alternate east-west route.
