Road on Grapevine Lake Dam to be Closed for Repairs and Maintenance
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the city of Grapevine are tentatively scheduled to close Fairway Drive, the road on the Lake Grapevine Dam, on July 11 through the first week of August for repairs and maintenance of the dam. Vehicular, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic will be prohibited for the duration of the closure. Alternate routes include Texas 26 and FM 2499. The Grapevine Municipal Golf Course and Rockledge Park will still be accessible from the Flower Mound side.
