Nature’s Best chooses Flower Mound for distribution center
Nature’s Best, a major supplier of organic and health food products, is opening a regional distribution center in Flower Mound. Based in Brea, California, Nature’s Best is the country’s largest privately-held distributer of health goods and related products. The Flower Mound location will be the company’s first full-service distribution center outside of California. Nature’s Best finalized a lease in early December for 308,000 square feet at 101 Enterprise Drive, within Hillwood’s Lakeside Trade Center Phase II development. The lease’s final square footage is 44,000 square feet larger than their original intended space of 264,000. With building finish out currently underway, the company plans to move into the building in May 2011 and create 35 new jobs.
