Town Releases Rule 11 Agreement Relative to Hilliard Pad Site Access Routes
In response to a Public Information Act request, the Town of Flower Mound has released the Rule 11 Agreement between the Town and Titan Operating, LLC. Although any Public Information Act request for documentation relative to pending litigation is routinely sent to the Office of the Texas Attorney General for a determination whether such information is subject to public release, Flower Mound opted to release this particular document as it includes information relative to TxDOT approval of alternative access routes to the Hilliard gas well pad site. Please review the Rule 11 Agreement for additional information.
