Word on the Street
I think Flower Mound provides the perfect balance of small town warmth and city attractions. There is a feeling of community within the bigger setting of a city landscape. I'm only able to come home a few times a year, going to school on the East Coast, but the sense of shared experiences and lives interconnecting to form an amazing bond between families and individuals never changes and this makes me excited to come home. |

Our relationship with the Town of Flower Mound has proven to be a successful partnership as they continually strive to help us meet our tight development timelines to accommodate tenant move-in requirements. We were able to work together with the Town, enabling us to successfully deliver our project to our client, Home Depot Supply. We are beginning our second phase of development in the Lakeside Business District, and we look forward to a long-term partnership with the community. |
Our company has completed three major retail development projects in the Town of Flower Mound over the past five years totaling more than one million square feet.
