Town of Flower Mound, Texas

Lakeside DFW is a 150+ acre, master-planned project overlooking Lake Grapevine in southern Flower Mound. The project is located at FM 2499 and Lakeside Parkway and is planned as a mixed-use development with two main areas, Lakeside Village and the Shops at Lakeside.

Lakeside Village will be a collection of restaurants with lake views, shops, cafes, entertainment venues and possibly a boutique hotel with villas.

The Shops at Lakeside is designed as the "town center" and will have a variety of uses including shops, restaurants, offices and living opportunities with single-family homes, apartments, high-rise condominiums, townhomes, empty-nester homes and senior living.

Plans include a boardwalk that will stretch from Lakeside Village at the southern end of the property to The Shops at Lakeside to the north. This will provide a pedestrian-friendly walkway for people to enjoy the lake views.
