Department of Utilities Mission Statement
The mission statement of the Flower Mound Utility Billing Division is to:
  • Answer inquiries from customers
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the collection and assessment of user charges
  • Maintain professional and responsive service
  • Provide accurate and timely billings through progressive and innovative systems

The department strives to uphold their mission statement while ensuring newcomers, visitors, and residents have  a positive experience with Town Hall whether it be by phone or in person.

On October 23rd the Town’s third-party software company encountered a system error and errantly distributed utility bills in Zone 20 to show an adjustment amount or – in some cases – an arrears amount due on the account and affected only the bill printing portion of the statement process.  The total on the “current bill” line is correct.  We apologize for any inconvenience and if you have any questions, please contact the Utility Billing Department at , 972-874-6010, or stop by the Utility Billing window at Town Hall, 2121 Cross Timbers Rd.
