Station Tours

Residents are welcome to drop by any of the Town’s three Fire Stations at any time, however, to ensure firefighters will be available for tours, residents are encouraged to schedule an appointment. To schedule a tour please call 972-874-6270.

Youth Fire Academy

WHEN: Every Summer
WHERE: Central Fire Station, 3838 Forums
HOURS: 1 to 5 p.m.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be a Flower Mound resident going into either the 7th or 8th grade

Citizen's Fire Academy

WHEN: The Flower Mound Fire Department hosts a Citizen Fire Academy each year. Each Academy meets eight evenings from 7 to 10 p.m. and one Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
WHERE: Flower Mound Central Fire Station, 3838 Forums
TUITION: Free
REQUIREMENTS: Must be a Flower Mound resident

The Flower Mound Citizen’s Fire Academy is a hands-on learning program for residents that want to know more about their fire department.

Open House

Each October the department hosts an Open House at Central Fire Station. The 2011 Open House is scheduled for Oct. 8.
