Lakeside Trade Center is being developed by Hillwood Investment
Properties with Phase I being an 81-acre project zoned for campus
industrial. Hillwood intends to develop this phase of the project
with 1.4M square-feet of flex-office and/or flex-warehouse facilities.
Phase II is a 55.8-acre project that includes 790,000 sf of distribution
warehouse facilities. Both phases are located east of International
Parkway/FM 2499 and north and south of Lakeside Parkway.
This project marks the first Class A industrial space for the
Town of Flower Mound. Flower Mound's new industrial market is
a natural progression of the robust Coppell and Grapevine markets
and has all the amenities you would find in these areas such as,
triple Freeport, good access to the airport and similar access
to the highway systems.
