Lakeside Commerce Center is being developed by Granite Properties and is located on the north side of Lakeside Parkway between Gerault Road and FM2499/International Parkway. Phase I and II are on a 44-acre tract of land being developed as an office and light industrial park. The development will include six or seven buildings ranging in size from 71,000 to 225,000 square-feet. Granite recently acquired another 28-acre tract of land adjacent to Phase I & II to expand the development another 350,000 square-feet for Phase III.
