Lakeside Trade Center is a 140-acre industrial park developed by Hillwood Investment Properties, located on the eastern border of Flower Mound along Lakeside Parkway and Enterprise Road, east of FM 2499. Phase I is complete consisting of 1.4 million square feet within three buildings and features an array of businesses such as Best Buy Distribution, Anderson Merchandisers, Excel Logistics and Stacy Furniture. Phase II is complete offering 790,000 sq. ft. of distribution warehouse space.

This project marked the first Class A industrial space for the Town of Flower Mound and kicked-off development in the Lakeside Business District. The park has all of the amenities you would find such as triple Freeport exemption, good access to the airport and similar access to the highway systems.
