Lakeside Commerce Center, developed by Exeter Property Group as an office and light industrial park, is located on the north side of Lakeside Parkway between Gerault Road and FM2499/International Parkway. Phase I is complete and consists of two buildings totaling 200,000 sq. ft. that house multiple tenants, including Stryker. Phase II is in development with two buildings completed ranging between 60,000 – 90,000 sq. ft. Two more buildings are planned in Phase II, as well as another 350,000 square-feet for Phase III within the 72 acre development.
