Registration is not required by the Town of Flower Mound to start a new business, however a permit may be required if you plan to occupy an existing building. Certificate of Occupancy applications are available in our Building Inspections Department. If you plan on constructing a new building, you will need to contact our Planning Department for information on the requirements.
